The product range includes more than 450 items: tableware, kitchenware, dishes, domestic items, furniture, storage solutions, and products for children. All these products are released under the following brands: Phibo, the kitchenware brand, Plastishka, the children’s products brand, and Econova, the storage solutions brand. In addition to our own brands, we also manufacture Angry Birds, Masha and the Bear and Me to You licensed products for children.
We perform the full product development cycle: this means that we control the entire process from product design to manufacture and delivery to the customer. This guarantees high product quality and reliable service.
Our goal is to provide Russian top quality products at affordable prices to every home.
We have our own creative studio that designs new products in collaboration with leading Italian and German designers. We spend at least EUR 3 million annually on extending our product range and purchasing high-tech equipment.
We strive to create unique products that impress our clients with their quality and original design. Product functionality is one of our main concerns: our products must be reliable and make day-to-day life easier. We successfully combine appearance with functionality to satisfy our client’s needs.
Under Russian law, recycled raw materials cannot be used in the manufacture of food containers and other items that come into contact with food stuffs. Therefore, we only use primary raw materials in our manufacturing processes. This way we are able to guarantee top product quality.
The majority of our products are made of polypropylene, a perfectly safe material with great consumer properties: polypropylene products can be used in a wide range of temperatures; they last a long time and are hard to break.
All our products have Russian standards compliance declarations.
Two-сomponent injection moulding and in-mould labelling (IML) are examples of modern technologies that we use in our production.
Two-сomponent injection moulding is a high pressure plastic moulding process where two polymer materials get injected under pressure into the same mould. This process requires highly skilled personnel and installation of additional equipment.
One example of products made this way is toy boxes on wheels. Special elastic material reduces the amount of noise generated when the wheels come into contact with diverse floor covers.
The in-mould labelling (IML) technology allows us to put any picture on the surface of a plastic product. Labels applied this way do not get damaged over time, and do not come off when they come in contact with water.
Our customers are leading chain stores as well as distributors. Our products are sold all across Russia, in EU countries as well as in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova.
We go above and beyond the expectations of our clients by offering prompt and reliable service, and all orders are completed on time and in full.
Our storage facilities boast cutting edge engineering systems to streamline logistics. Our A-class storage complex has an area of over 8,000 m2.
